An ailing noble man declares his son is going to marry his nurse Nual (Morakot Kittisara) and his huge masion will be given to the couple, much to the disappointment of his wife Khun Ying (Naowarat Yuktanant) who wants to sell the property to pay for her debts. An ex-convict is hired to drive Nual away but unexpectedly Nual is killed and comes back a vengeful ghost. In desperate attempt to get the money, Khun Ying decides to hold a dinner at the haunted masion for those who want to buy it, with the hope that she will have the business done before nightfall.

Trirong is then forced to team up with the two prankster ghosts to help Ladda with only bits and pieces of clues she provides them.
